Screening CVs faster with AI

Reading hundreds of CVs for one role is the most time-consuming part of recruiting. AI can help you screen the first round quickly — but the final decision must stay human.

Before feeding CVs to AI, clearly write out the required criteria (minimum experience, specific skills, location) and preferred criteria (nice-to-have). The clearer these are, the more accurate the screening.

AI is good at fast filtering against objective criteria (years of experience, skills listed on the CV), but shouldn't be used to judge personality or culture fit — that needs a real interview.

Try it now

  1. 1Write out the required criteria and preferred criteria for the role
  2. 2Paste each CV (or a summary) into AI along with the criteria
  3. 3Ask AI to classify: meets requirements / close / doesn't meet
  4. 4Personally review the "meets" and "close" groups before deciding who to interview
Example prompt

"Role requires: minimum 3 years marketing experience, Facebook/Google ads skills, FMCG experience preferred. Here's the CV: [paste CV]. Does this candidate meet the requirements, and why?"
