Founding Story

Bui Do Nguyen — from a creative-arts center to a pioneer of applied-AI training
Before Aptus AI, Nguyen spent over a decade (2012–2024) founding and running the Wow Art creative-arts education centers, while also training leadership, sales, and mindset skills for corporations like VinFast, Abbott, AIA, Marico, PwC, Manulife, and Adidas. A lifelong passion for creativity — he translated "Sáng tạo không áp đặt", a book that won a Gold award in the US in 2015 — combined with watching AI reshape how people work, led him to go all-in on applied-AI training in mid-2024. Within a short time, he became one of the most AI CERTs-certified trainers in Vietnam, and also founded an AI-application business that reached over $400,000 in revenue in just two years.

Why we pursue "specialized expertise + AI"
We were both experienced professionals long before we came to AI — not tech people teaching AI because it's trendy. When AI took off, we applied it to our own training and HR work first, and noticed a clear gap: most AI training on the market still teaches generic, foundational skills — useful for beginners, but not enough for people with deep expertise who need AI to upgrade their own craft, not start over. We believe skilled professionals shouldn't get left behind just because no one has taught them how to properly combine AI with the work they already do well. That's why Aptus AI pursues a "specialized expertise + AI" philosophy — not teaching AI to replace your expertise, but making your expertise stronger and more effective with AI.
